Here is a working 2799-acre ranch with cattle grazing pastures and a scenic river bottom. This is a whitetail, mule deer, and antelope hunting lease only with antelope hunting restricted to the north pastures. Driving into the property I caught some antelope speeding across the pasture hills, a blind set at a water source could be a lot of fun on this property. There is no shortage of ways to hunt deer here, spot and stalk, get in a blind, or put out some tree stands, try it all! The river bottom has thickets full of prairie grass, cedars, and cottonwoods. A couple of secluded islands provide a sanctuary for deer herds, landowner mentioned that there is no shortage of mature bucks. The landowner reserves the right to have one family member hunt during deer season; this can be coordinated with the landowner to be safe and respectful to all hunters.
